Welcome to my home brewery website. I've been brewing since 2006. From 2006 to 2013, I brewed exclusively extract beers on a non-regular basis, probably 10 batches a year. In September 2013, I started on a brew cart so I could do Brew in a Bag pseudo-all grain batches. I finished the cart in November 2013 and brewed my first all grain beer using BIAB in the beginning of December. I've been brewing on a 3 vessel Blichmann system since 2014 with propane and in 2015 went all Electric with Blichmann's BoilCoil and controllers when they were finally released. All electric is the way to go! Electric is just so precise.
There are 2 main pages to the website What's Brewing and Equipment.
- The Equipment tab will list my equipment, how it's setup, how I use it, and what I have.
- The What's Brewing tab will be encompass anything brewing related, what I'm doing in the brewing world, brew news, processes anything related to brewing. The will be the beers I'm brewing, what I have on tap, what I like, and what I'm drinking with a personal review (personal brews or commercial brews)
I hope y'all have a fun time reading my website and I'll try and keep it updated as often as I can.
