  • Dual Burners

Fermentation

  • Blichmann Fermenator 14.5 Gallon Conical.
  • My own hacked lid with cooling coil and thermowells for temperature probes
  • My created insulation jacket. 1/2" neoprene. Works very well
  • Under the Insulation are two heating mats
  • Insulation is wrapped around the cooling hoses
  • Fermentation heat is controlled by a Controller
  • Fermentation cooling controlled via controller through a cooling coil and a pump us an old cheap pin lock keg as a glycol reservoir
  • Chest Freezer to hold the finished beer for aging and to keep the glycol cold during fermentation

The Aging Tank, Filter, Kegging

  • 10 gallon Corny Keg that's used as an aging/lagering tank
  • I added a thermowell in the lid so I can monitor internal beer temperature for the controller to regulate the chest freezer
  • Had to get a Williams Brewing Oversized Keg O-Ring, the normal one didn't seal very well
  • Filtering from 10 gal corny to the 5 gal serving kegs (before I got everything setup as in the chest freezer).
  • 10 gal corny stays in the chest freezer and I transfer that way to the 5 gal kegs
  • Canister filter kit from MoreBeer and I use 1 micron BevBrite filters

The Beer Fridge

  • 5 Tap Beer Fridge
  • White board or Chalk on reverse side
  • 5 Kegs inside
  • The tap shanks and hoses. Welded some scrap sheet metal to evenly apply the nut pressure evenly
  • 6-way CO2 Manifold for CO2 distribution
  • CO2 cylinder with the cage I welded up.
  • Quick disconnects for CO2 & Beer for the BeerGun for Bottling

Miscellaneous Equipment

  • The Keg Dolly that I made to haul my full kegs around
  • More to Come
